Allu Arjun Stampede Case LIVE Updates: Top Telugu actor Allu Arjun was spotted leaving Chikkadpally police station in Hyderabad after being questioned by officers in connection with the death of a woman in a stampede during the screening of ‘Pushpa-2’ in the city on December 4. Police sources told News18 that the actor is on his way home. Security has been stepped up at his residence.
Meanwhile, Allu Arjun’s bouncer, Anthony, has been arrested. He had allegedly organised the gathering of all the bouncers at Sandhya Theatre. He is accused of pushing fans. Sources said that Anthony will be taken to the theatre for recreation of the crime scene.

BJP leader Raghunandan Rao said, “It is a small case. It is like any other small case in the state. What was the role of the Police and the actor in that stampede? Instead of seeing who failed, the film theatre authorities or the Police…My request to the Police is that it should not stringent action. Police should not take revenge against any individual because the court has already given 30 days of bail.”
Victim’s Family Given Rs 50 Lakh Cheques By Pushpa 2 Producers
Pushpa 2 producers Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Shankar handed over Rs 50 lakh cheques to the victim woman’s family in the presence of Telangana Minister for Roads & Buildings and Cinematography, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy. The cheque was received by the victim’s husband.
