The new episode was filled with tension and drama as the housemates faced the nomination process. With the emotions running strong, the nominations brought out the competitive spirit in the contestants.

As the nominations unfolded, unexpected twists and turns kept the audience on the edge of their seats. This episode of Bigg Boss 18 took an unexpected turn as Shilpa Shirodkar nominated Karan Veer Mehra. In the show’s latest episode, the nomination task had housemates feeding Rajat Dalal, the current Time God, and attaining the power to nominate the contestants.

When Shilpa Shirodkar got to nominate five contenders, she picked Digvijay Singh first, stating that he doesn’t spend much time with her. Moving on, she nominated Chaahat Pandey, Kashish Kapoor and Sara Arfeen Khan. Her fifth name was Karan Veer Mehra. Her surprising move came as a shock to many viewers, including the Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 winner.

When she wrote her name on Mehra’s wrist, everyone in the house was delighted, but the actor seemed to be upset with her decision and mentioned that she did so to save Vivian Dsena. However, the actress explained that she had her own reasons for nominating him, and it was not about Vivian Dsena. Stating the reason behind her decision, the actress remarked that Karan did not support her in the Time God task. Then, when she went to Vivian Dsena, she took a while to think and later changed her mind about nominating him.

Later, when Karan got the chance to nominate housemates, he confronted Shilpa first for her choice. The actor said, “Fir ek bete ko bachane ke liye dusre ki bali chadha di (Again, you sacrificed me to save your other son).” The actor was obviously hinting that Shilpa once again saved Vivian from nomination, repeating the past when she chose the Madhubala actor over him in the Time God task.

Furthermore, Karan Veer expressed, “Fir wahi kiya na aapne jo bole jaa raha hun starting se. Aur bura laga tha mujhe jab Time God nahi bana tha main aur har baar bura lag raha hai iss cheez pe. (You did the same thing again that I was saying from the beginning. And I felt bad when I did not become the Time God, and I feel bad every time about this thing).”

Giving no explanation to Karan, Shilpa asked him to nominate her in return. In response to this, Karan remarked, “Kuchh toh fark hona chahiye aap mein aur mere mein (There should be some difference between you and me),” after which the KKK 14 winner went on to nominate Vivian Dsena, Tajinder Singh Bagga and Alice Kaushik.

Coming to the Salman-Khan hosted show, the ongoing season premiered with a new theme, Time Ka Tandaav, on October 6. This year, the contestants locked inside the BB house are Vivian Dsena, Shilpa Shirodkar, Rajat Dalal, Avinash Mishra, Alice Kaushik, Eisha Singh, Karan Veer Mehra, Chum Darang, Chahat Pandey, Shrutika Raj Arjun, Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga, Sara Arfeen Khan, Kashish Kapoor and Digvijay Singh.

Amid the ongoing drama, Hemlata Sharma, Muskan Bamne, Nyraa Banerji, Shehzada Dhami and Arfeen Khan have been evicted from the BB house as of now. The popular reality TV show streams new episodes from Monday to Friday at 10 pm, while Weekend Ka Vaar airs at 9:30 PM on TV channels ColorsTV and Jio Cinema.
