Bigg Boss 18, the reality show hosted by Salman Khan, has been keeping viewers on the edge of their seats with its endless drama and fiery confrontations. In the latest promo released on the show’s social media handles, contestant Shrutika Arjun can’t hold back her tears as she opens up about missing her parents. As she confides in her fellow contestants Shehzada Dhami, Tajinder Singh Bagga and Nyrraa Banerji, she shares a story about her father, who took out a loan for her wedding and is still repaying it.
Shrutika said, “Mai itna miss kar rahi hun na papa aur mumma ko. Main kabhi unse alag nahi rahi. Papa itne wealthy nahi hain jitna Arjun hai. Meri shaadi mein unka pura kamayi lag gaya aur mere bhai ne ek baar bhi nahi pucha ki uske liye kya hai. Poori kamaai meri shaadi pe laga di. (I am missing my mother and father. I’ve never lived away from them. My father isn’t as wealthy as Arjun. He spent all of his savings on my wedding, and my brother never asked if anything was left for him).”
Teary-eyed Shrutika went on to say, “Aaj tak uska loan wo bhar rahe hain. Mujhe unko ghar leke dena hai fir world tour par leke jaana hai kyunki meri mummy wo sab bohot enjoy karti hai. (He is still repaying the debt. I want to gift them a house and take them on a world tour because my mom enjoys it very much).”

Recently, during a nomination task inside the BB house, Shrutika got into a heated argument with co-contestant Avinash Mishra when she decided to nominate him. When the actress cited her reason for nomination, Avinash reacted aggressively and threatened her in the process.
Declaring Avinash’s name, Shrutika said, “I nominate Avinash. Dusron ko nicha dikhana, is a very bad approach. Replying to this, the Yeh Teri Galiyan actor said, “Darr mein rehna woh tumhare liye acha hoga. (Staying in fear will be good for you).”
