iPhone 16E is finally here from Apple and this new device is bringing AI and other premium features to a new audience.

Apple has unveiled the new iPhone model on Wednesday, and as some rumours suggested the company is calling the new SE phone, the iPhone 16E. Apple will start taking pre-orders for the new iPhone later this week and the sales will happen later this month.

The company is bringing AI features to a host of new consumers, along with a big design overhaul that means goodbye to the Touch ID and say hello to Face ID with the wide notch. It also features an OLED display and some big changes to appeal to more buyers.

iPhone 16E Price In India And Variants

Apple has launched the iPhone 16E for a starting price of Rs 59,900 which gets you the 128GB base model. You also have the 256GB model priced at Rs 69,900 and the 512GB variant available for Rs 89,900. iPhone 16E pre-orders start from February 21 in the country, available from February 28 at stores.

iPhone 16E Features And Specifications

iPhone 16E gets a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with standard 60Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by the latest A18 chipset like the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus models, and you get it with 8GB RAM which means AI features from Apple are supported by this device.

The new iPhone only has a single 48MP camera at the back but it gets OIS which should deliver quality photos. You get a 12MP front camera for FaceTime and video recording. For security, the device only supports Face ID like every other iPhone available in the market these days.

The battery on the iPhone 16E supports fast charging which is claimed to offer up to 50 percent charge in 30 minutes. This is the latest Apple product to miss out on the adapter in the box, and you only get the iPhone unit, USB C charging cable and some paperwork for the device.
