Kuldeep Yadav is in Munich to recover from his longtime chronic left groin issue.

India’s left-arm off-spinner Kuldeep Yadav took to social media to share photos of his visit to Germany on Wednesday.

Kuldeep is reportedly in the European country to recover from his longtime chronic left groin issue and shared photos from Germany with the caption: “Few days in Munchen, to get better!”

In the comments section of the post, fans wished Kuldeep to get well soon.

Kuldeep was last seen in action in the first Test against New Zealand in Bengaluru as the 29-year-old did not feature in the next two games.

Kuldeep has not been included in the Indian squad for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, which gets underway with the first Test of the five-match series at the Optus Stadium from Friday.

“Kuldeep Yadav was unavailable for selection for the tour of Australia since he has been referred to the BCCI Centre of Excellence after the end of the ongoing Test series against New Zealand for long-term resolution of his chronic left groin issue,” the Board had said in a statement.

Kuldeep Yadav had gone to BCCI’s Center of Excellence after the New Zealand series, having been advised to rehabilitate. After the surgery, he will come back to complete his rehabilitation to and it may be some time before fans can expect Kuldeep to return to the field.
