Russian Drone Strike Kills Displaced People In Ukrainian Border Region

At least 12 people, including one child, were killed in a Russian air attack on the city of Hlukhiv in Ukraine’s northeastern Sumy region. The November 19 strike hit a dormitory that housed displaced people who had been evacuated to Hlukhiv from an embattled area closer to the border with Russia.
