Sony PlayStation Plus offers plenty of benefits to the subscribers and with the new discounted price it gets even better.
The service is available at this special price for a week this month.
Sony PlayStation Plus Extra and Deluxe membership prices have got a major revision in India this week. Both plans are eligible for a discount of up to 35 percent but only if you pick up the 12-month annual subscription for these services. These plans get you PS Plus monthly free games, online multiplayer, and access to the Game Catalogue and Classics Catalogue are among the perks of the higher tier plans.
PS Plus Extra And Deluxe Price Change
The PS Plus Extra 12-month subscription, which was originally priced at Rs 6,699, now gets 25 percent discount which brings the final price to Rs 5,024.
In contrast, the Deluxe tier is even more affordable at Rs 4,939 thanks to the 35 percent discount on the original Rs 7,599 subscription price. Sony has informed the last day to avail the discounted offer is February 26.
It is important to note that there is no discount on the PS Plus Essential plan. Also not discounted are the Extra and Deluxe tiers’ monthly and three-month memberships. Users have the option to sign up for the cheaper plans via the PlayStation app, the PlayStation website, or directly on PlayStation consoles.
In addition to the features of the Essential plan, such as monthly games, online multiplayer, PS Plus-only store discounts, cloud storage, and more, the PS Plus Extra Plan offers access to Game Catalogue and Ubisoft+ Classics titles. However, in addition to the advantages of the PS Plus Extra tier, the Deluxe tier grants access to the Classics Catalogue and Game Trials.
The games that will be added to the PS Plus Game Catalogue and Classics Catalogue in February were unveiled by Sony last week. The action-adventure game Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, the tennis simulation TopSpin 2K25, the launch title Lost Records: Bloom & Rage – Tape 1, the RPG classic SaGa Frontier Remastered, and more titles will be added to the Game Catalogue. All PS Plus Extra and Deluxe subscribers can now access the titles on the Game Catalogue.
