Opening up about her transformation journey, Deepti mentioned, “It wasn’t easy. There were days when I felt like giving up, but I reminded myself that every little step counts. Progress was slow but steady, and that’s where the magic lies.”

She incorporated aerial yoga, swimming and boxing into her fitness routine, focusing on consistency over intensity. In addition to intensifying her fitness routine, Deepti revealed that she revamped her diet, eliminating sugar, processed foods, and preservatives while adopting a gluten-free lifestyle. Moreover, intermittent fasting, with a strict 16-hour fasting window, became her go-to method, alongside mindful calorie management.
