When Salman Khan Met Young Palak Tiwari On The Sets Of Bigg Boss 4 – News18

Salman Khan and Palak Tiwari had been acquainted with each other on the sets of Bigg Boss 4 when Shweta Tiwari came as a participant.

Palak Tiwari, actress Shweta Tiwari’s daughter, made her acting debut with Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan in 2023 sharing screen space with Salman Khan. But that was not the first time Palak had met Salman. The duo had been acquainted with each other on the sets of Bigg Boss 4 when Shweta Tiwari came as a participant. Young Palak had come to support her mother and was called on stage by Salman Khan.

During the show, Salman Khan had asked Shweta Tiwari, whom she had called to support her and the actress replied that her mother, daughter and friend Abhinav accompanied her. The actor has invited them on stage to join Shweta Tiwari and reportedly asked “Aapki beti ka naam kya hai (What is your daughter’s name)?” After learning her name, he greeted her adorably.

Salman also noticed Palak carrying two teddy bears and enquired if it was her favourite. The young girl quipped, “Waise maine yeh do din pehle hi khareeda hai (I bought them two days ago).” Further, when he asked for whom she bought those toys, Palak stated that she bought the pink teddy bear for her mother, so that the latter could cuddle with it inside the Bigg Boss 18 house as she is not there. Later, as Shweta asked Palak why she bought two teddies for her, Salman who was quite touched by the gesture simply asked her to keep it.

During the trailer launch for Kisi Ka Bhai Kis Ki Jaan, Salman Khan had recalled meeting Palak as a child. He reportedly shared, “I worked with her mother in Bigg Boss. She came to drop her off at the house. [The season] had Dolly (Bindra) also (laughs). But her mother had a great time in the house. I remember Palak was eight years old then. That was the first time I met her.”

The film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan was directed by Farhad Samji. The film also stars Venkatesh Daggubati, Pooja Hegde, Jagapathi Babu, Bhumika Chawla, Vijender Singh, Abhimanyu Singh, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Jassie Gill, Shehnaaz Gill, and Vinali Bhatnagar. It was released on Eid 2023 and received mixed reviews.
