The latest instalment of Monday Night RAW aired live on February 4 in India and featured all the fallout from WWE’s recent premium live event, Royal Rumble 2025. It was hosted at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, Ohio. The show was packed with action, featuring four official fights on the match card. These bouts also included a couple of qualifying matches for the 2025 Elimination Chamber. The show kicked off with Jey Uso addressing the WWE Universe. Charlotte Flair did the same moments later before she was interrupted by Rhea Ripley. The main event saw CM Punk square off against Sami Zayn for a ticket to the men’s Elimination Chamber match.

Jey Uso addresses fans after winning the men’s Royal Rumble match

Jey Uso started the segment by discussing how he began his journey in the WWE nearly 15 years ago. The Samoan admitted at first he didn’t have the confidence to be a singles star. Now that he’s set to headline WrestleMania 41, Jey thanked the fans for their love and support. GUNTHER interrupted his promo and said that he would not allow Jey to challenge him for the championship as beating the Samoan would add nothing to the Ring General’s legacy. Jey said he was tired of everyone telling him what to do. He revealed that he would be on next week’s SmackDown episode to chat with Universal Champion Cody Rhodes before making his decision.

Charlotte Flair addresses fans after her women’s Royal Rumble victory

Charlotte Flair talked about how 2024 was a tough year for her as she was broken both mentally and physically. Charlotte claimed she fought every single day to make a return from her torn ACL because it’s her passion. Rhea Ripley walked out while the Royal Rumble winner was having her moment. After a brief chat, Ripley begged Charlotte to pick her for the WrestleMania 41 bout so that she could beat some respect into her.

We hear from Seth Rollins

The segment began with Seth Rollins admitting that the Royal Rumble defeat greatly hurt him. He then spoke about the Elimination Chamber, discussing his qualifying match against Finn Balor next week. Sami Zayn made his way to the ring as Rollins highlighted how they both hated CM Punk. The ex-World Heavyweight champion told Zayn that Punk was his immediate future. Rollins provided the ex-Bloodline member with some encouraging words and looked to head back when Punk made his way out.

CM Punk vs Sami Zayn in an Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match – CM Punk secured a pinfall victory over Sami Zayn with the Go to Sleep to qualify for the men’s Elimination Chamber match.
