Bigg Boss 18: Shilpa Shirodkar, Chum Darang Talk About Karan Veer Singh’s Emotional Breakdown – News18

After his emotional breakdown, Shilpa was seen talking to Chum Darang about Karan’s guilt for not standing up for his friends inside the BB18 house.

The Salman Khan-hosted controversial reality show Bigg Boss 18 is getting more exciting by the day. In the recent episode, the contestants were given a task to select the new Time God of the house. During the activity, contestants Shilpa Shirodkar, Rajat Dalal and Chaahat Pandey were tasked with collecting tea packets. While Chum Darang, Avinash Mishra and Alice Kaushik helped Shilpa in winning the task, Karan Veer Mehra appeared less active.

Karan Veer was disappointed after the task. He broke down into tears and expressed that he feels unworthy of his friendships in the house. However, Shilpa consoled him and motivated him not to dwell on it.

After his emotional breakdown, Shilpa was seen talking to Chum Darang about Karan’s guilt for not standing up for his friends inside the BB18 house.

Shilpa asked, “Karan se raat ko baat kiya? Wo theek tha? (Did you talk to Karan? Was he alright?)” Chum responded that Karan was feeling quite low and wondering if this was why his past relationships often failed. He also expressed confusion over what he had done wrong. On this, Shilpa reminded them that they are all in it for themselves and are not bound by friendship.

During the Time God task, Chum Darang engaged in a heated argument with Chaahat Pandey. The spat became intense after the Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 winner and close friend of Chum, Karan Veer failed to support her and refrained from defending her.

In another promo, Karan was seen confronting Chum about the situation. Visibly disappointed, she said, “Aap kuch bolte hai, aur karte kuch hai to trust karna mushkil ho jaata hai. (You say one thing and do another, making it impossible to trust you.)” Later on, Karan told Shilpa, “Khud ko 45 saal ka aadmi kehta hoon yaar main, aur main apne dosto ke liye khada bhi nahi ho paya. (I call myself a 45-year-old man and I couldn’t even stand up for my friends.)”

This week’s nominated contestants include Rajat Dalal, Digvijay Rathee, Karan Veer Singh, Chum Darang, Tajinder Singh Bagga, Kashish Kapoor and Shrutika Arjun. On the other hand, Alice Kaushik, Eisha Singh, Avinash Mishra, Shilpa Shirodkar, Vivian Dsena and Sara Arfeen Khan are safe from elimination.
