Shalini shot to fame after she appeared on the popular show Fabulous Lives Vs Bollywood Wives, which premiered on Netflix earlier this year.
Shalini Passi, the Delhi-based Art Connoisseur and social media sensation, recently entered the Bigg Boss 18 house as a special guest. While she was inside the controversial reality show just for a day, her presence garnered a lot of attention and added positive vibes to the BB house. During a recent chat with Times of India, Shalini shared her experience of BB18 and said she “had tears while leaving the house.”
She shared, “The experience was emotional. I did not enter the Bigg Boss 18 house to become emotionally close to the contestants. But I got emotionally connected to them. I had tears while leaving the house. They were all very good. Initially, only a few people stood out, but when I spoke to them, I understood that each one was special. Sara, Yamini, Digvijay, Eisha and Bagga Sahab. Each one is special in their way.”

The show also featured several B-town faces like Neelam Kothari, Seema Sajdeh, Bhavana Pandey, Maheep Kapoor, Kalyani Chawla, Gauri Khan and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni.
In the same interview, Shalini also discussed who among the Fabulous Lives Vs Bollywood Wives cast she thinks could thrive in Salman Khan’s controversial reality show. The diva said, “I believe Neelam (Kothari) has the potential to be a successful contestant. She is really hands-on and educated and I believe she is a very people person. She will not reveal unnecessary information to anyone. She also has a relaxing effect. She will be good.”
Shalini added, “If I have the chance to go inside and choose a companion for myself. I’d go for Maheep or Seema because they will provide a lot of entertainment, I believe.”
Apart from her social media appearance, Shalini is a renowned philanthropist and art enthusiast from Delhi. She established the Shalini Passi Art Foundation and MASH India to encourage art and innovation. She is married to businessman Sanjay Passi, with whom she has a son named Robin.
